If you have ABOUT 25 minutes

  • Go fish. While 365 Everyday Value® Lightly Breaded Fish Fillet or Bites bake, cook greens and whole wheat couscous.

  • Mediterranean medley. Grill slices of eggplant, zucchini and portobello mushrooms, and a split loaf of ciabatta. Spread lemon-garlic mayo on the bread. Then assemble the sandwich and top with feta cheese crumbles and arugula.

If you have ABOUT 15 minutes

  • Pasta party. Toss whole wheat pasta with minced garlic and olive oil. Garnish with mozzarella or chopped precooked sausage like Wellshire Smoked Polska Kielbasa.

  • French fave. For a Niçoise salad, arrange lightly steamed haricot verts (green beans), chickpeas, canned tuna, hard-boiled eggs, sliced cucumber and tomato on a bed of greens. Dress with a lemon-Dijon vinaigrette.
