I love the quinoa chocolate bars already, though I wish they were at least 70% (instead of only 60%). I would add higher cacao content, and then--pomegranate! Yum!

My absolute favorite is anything with marzipan in it but to get a little funky, I would add lemon zest, orange peel, and candied pecans for a fresh summer, sunshine bar. But these sound A-mazing!!!!! As a comfessed chocoholic, I'm not sure how long 48 bars would actually hold me over :)

Sounds delicious! My first choice would be to take a cue from Mexican hot chocolate and add hot peppers...though I see someone else already suggested pepper. I also think you can't go wrong with macadamia nuts, and maybe coconut.

I believe a dark chocolate (about 65% cocoa content spiced with pumpkin or chai, studded with crystallized ginger, pecans, chia seeds and some puffed amaranth would be delicious! A fall/winter delight.

I'd add vanilla sugar. I used to get it from my grandmother in Germany and recently found it at a local Asian market. My mother would add it to recipes all the time and it was delicious!
