Being from Wisconsin, the love of cheese is in my blood. No time is this more apparent than during the holidays, where every appetizer tray displays a variety of sliced cheeses. Growing up, it was always a basic selection of cheddar, Swiss, and maybe Colby.

These days, I keep my cheese tray loaded with a wider variety of flavors, from tangy goat cheese to baked brie piled with cranberries. I also add in at least one kind of cheddar, and a favorite during the holidays is Champagne Cheddar.Whole Foods Market® partnered with our friends in the UK to create the exclusive Champagne Cheddar. It’s only available around the holidays and when it’s gone, it’s gone. So make sure to stop by your local store and enjoy it now!

This unique cheese is made using Cheddar aged 10 months and produced using traditional Farmhouse methods. Then the
