I would love to just sit and eat them until I couldn't fit another cherry in myself. However, I would love to make a ton of wonderful desserts with them and share them with anyone who would want to eat them. I make some pretty incredible creations. I love, love, love cherries.

I would eat a big bowl first and foremost. Then I'd make some cherry jam for my family, freeze some for almond-cherry smoothies, and make some cherry compote for ice cream. Basically I'd die in cherry bliss ;)

I'd make pies! I'd make smoothies! I'd call my friend and together we would attempt cherry jelly! I'd add it to my husbands jello for his work lunches! I'd freeze them for winter treats! I'd make ice cream! I'd wash a big ol' bowl of them and my husband and I would watch the sunset!

I eat cherries every night lately. If I got 5 lbs, I would pitt them and serve them fresh to my kids and myself. I would make fresh cherry juice. I would freeze them pitted and juiced to have for weeks to come. I would cut some up and mix it with frozen vanilla yogurt -yum! I might try making a cherry jam with it. But overall fresh and without any added sugars is the yummiest of all.
