I don't know why I never thought about a cookbook using grapes, but now want it...Creamy Penne with Blue Cheese and Grapes, that sounds amazing! That book is sure to be filled with all kinds of unexpected taste delights.

I usually just wash them and pop them into my mouth. I tend to buy to many at one time also so I freeze some and it's a nice refreshing treat to eat them right out of the freezer. I haven't explored much more than though.

I enjoy organic grapes straight from the bag or sliced and added into a lentil salad! They are also great added into a smoothie, frozen, etc!!

I'm originally from the Caribbean (St. Kitts) and we had an organic grape vineyard in our backyard. I could remember as a child stuffing myself full of grapes. To this day, grapes are one of my favourite fruits to eat. They’re a wonderful little fruit packed with many beneficial nutriments that makes them a great snack on the go. I would love to receive a copy of this cookbook, so I could try some new recipes or update the ones I already make.

I love grapes! They are such a great, easy snack to take with you on the go, to work, or anywhere. In addition, I love incorporating them into my lentil salad to add a touch of sweetness.

I love those red organic grapes so much that the week they were on sale I incorporated grapes into every meal! They were delicious. I made the grape harvest bread for breakfast, we had the chicken salad with grapes and pecans (with that amazing whole foods poppy dressing) for lunch and salmon with roasted grapes and fennel and red onion for dinner. It was an amazing week!

I am a country girl from Franklin County, NC. We grew up on a lovely working farm where my sister & I rode freely through the woods and along the seasonal crop rows. We also enjoyed fresh veggies, fresh eggs and meats and much more. In the late summer, we would stop our ponies/hores underneath a tree that had wild grapes dangling down where we would fill up on those grapes and always picking a few to take home for Mom. Now I am grown, have my own family, enjoying living in Raleigh. Grapes are a delicious treat or in a main dish for lunches or dinners. I am always looking for new ways to prepare healthy dishes for my family and friends. Susan Volland's book is described above as a recipe book preparing a different variety of grapes in a healthy diet to enjoy at any occasion. I would love to win the book and try those California delicious grapes in her recipe book and buy my organic grapes from Whole Foods Market where I don't live far from and visit very often.

I enjoy preparing healthy dishes for my family. Those that spell goodness! Susan Volland's recipe book described above sounds wonderful! I would feel very lucky to be one of the winners and will keep my fingers crossed. Whole Foods Market is just a few miles from our home and that makes it easy to stop by very frequently on my way home.

I love grapes because they are naturally sweet and filling. I love to eat it as snack, dessert or simply by adding it to yogurt to make Indian raita to go along with spicy Indian food. The sweetness of the grapes and the cooling effect of the yogurt is a great combination with hot and spicy foods.
