I use organic chicken broth in my mashed potatoes for more flavor.I also find it an easy way to make homemade chicken soup without the fuss of making stock. If you want to intensify the chicken flavor, just add an additional bullion.

I got through LOTS of chicken broth, because every time I buy a roasted chicken, I make some sort of yummy soup with the carcass. I always save out just a tiny bit to mix in with the food I give my dog and two cats - a special treat! Chicken broth (always organic!) is something we seem to go thru a lot of at our house -- I cook veggies and rice with it, and, every now and then, just a nice hot mug of it all by itself chases away the winter chills.

My church small group is hosting one night of Pacem in December and making a meal for Charlottesville's homeless and giving them a place to sleep. One of the things we are making is Italian Sausage Soup. Each recipe calls for 2 16 oz containers of chicken broth, 1 pound of chicken sausage, one onion, one 32 oz can of crushed tomatoes and 1 pound of ditalini or similar pasta. and 1 tbsp basil. A case of Imagine Broth would really help with this recipe that we are making for 40 men.

I would use the case of broth in various ways. I love to make homeade soups and I use the broth as a base for my soups. I have attempted to reduce my daily caloric intake and I use broth in recipes that call for oil, butter, Margarine. When I open a carton of broth and I do not use all of it, I fill ice trays with the remaining broth and use the frozen cubes of broth to recipes at a later date. I use broth to flavor rice and pasta dishes.I also use broth to help with reheating my left overs. I use broth to roast chicken, fish and veggies.

My favorite broth is the low sodium vegetarian. I would make soups with it. A favorite is 'healthy carrot soup'.

I use Imagine chicken broth in all my recipes everyday! I buy 6 of these every time I go to the grocery store. Some of the recipes I use them in are my homemade enchilada sauce, rice, chicken stew, beef stew, beef short ribs, my homemade chili... I could go on and on.... The main reason why Imagine is the only brand I use is because the one I buy has no sugar, and no yeast... Those are 2 ingredients I cannot have, and Imagine is the only broth that does not have those in the ingredients. I also love the great flavor of Imagine. Does not compare to any other broth. It's the best!
