Mr. Mackey, I was one of the students in attendance when you gave this speech. I was a graduate w/ a BS in Mathematical Sciences, with my heart set on the actuarial profession. I ended up unable to find a job w/ an insurance company, and 2 years out of school, I have given up that dream. My time post-college has been plagued by instability, and it's making it hard to pursue much of anything outside of real world survival. Would you by chance have any insight on how one can set and achieve their goals? Thank you again for your time in 2008.

I am a social entrepreneur in Ghana, West Africa. I am inspired by you speech and your values and business ideals. Your idea of following ones heart is so true. I decided at the ripe young age of 50 to follow my heart and i am now a shea butter producer providing a means of earning a living for over 700 women in one of Ghana's most poverty stricken areas. This is very fulfilling and I feel honored to read about a CEO of a multi million dollar US company sharing some of my values. By working with and providing rural women with making a living I am also empowering them to make better and healthier life and living choices. Thanks. A question: What is the difference between Social entrepreneurship and social capitalism? Pleas email me back on : motherakuete@hotmail.com if you would. Thanks. Looking forward to hearing from you. God Bless. Eugenia CEO, Naasakle Ltd Accra, Ghana
