Capitalism=money in someone's pocket because it came out of someone else's. Capitalism is competitive and cutthroat in nature...that's the beast. How do you expect to get "conscious" out of that? Good luck. But then that's been just the problem, right? Personally, I think the people on here agreeing with you on that are people who have no intention of being "conscious". "Playing up" is just one of the habits of the corporate creature. I bought your cd and don't agree with you at all on the "beauty" of capitalism nor about going "global", not with the extremely poor behavior presently being displayed. Things start out good then get morphed and twisted into something bad, if corporations get ahold of it. If you are starting off with something bad, like the current corporate attitude problem...something going from bad to good is so rarely the case, the corporate beast and attitude problem rear its ugly head. Corporate individual rights should be repealed and small business should return. Besides, it takes energy to run the corporate machine, small local business requires much less.

Capitalism can eliminate poverty...by taking all the money and giving it back to the same people as "charity"? Capitalism needs a choke collar.

Hello Mr. Mackey, I am reading about Ayn Rand. I am ashamed to admit I have just discovered her or more to the point, I have just taken the time to be interested and open to EVERTYHING she stood for. I have talked with several people that just give me a blank stare when I mention her name. I have read, watched and devoured her passion regarding her beliefs. I have many questions and would love to discuss her with someone that could really be sincere sharing their thoughts on her. I am 45 (long time to go in life to just now be stimulated by Ayn Rand) and find my interest and wish to share conversations regarding her to better understand something I hunger for. I am a good person, and wish nothing more than to learn more.....if this is a topic you feel you would like to discuss please contact me. Thank You for your time. My Best, Paula

John, "Capitalism is, I believe, the only global force capable of eliminating poverty." True, perhaps providing the tools is the first step. What if there were a natural way to nearly eliminate food waste? I'm a natural foods broker working with a product where testing is underway and showing very positive results. I'd like to tell you about it.
