Lisa B says …

How do I love yogurt? Let me count the ways... First off, I'm pretty picky about my yogurt. The fruit has to be of nice quality, whether it's mixed in or "fruit on the bottom". But a really good Greek yogurt tastes pretty good all by itself. Forget that vanilla stuff, though. Why bother. Maybe just a little honey on top. But I also use yogurt in cooking, in place of sour cream or as a replacement for buttermilk in baking. Needless to say, there is ALWAYS some yogurt in my fridge!

Rosemary Marshall says …

I enjoy Greek yogurt SEVERAL different ways including: a green smoothie with Greek yogurt, baby spinach, bananas and peanut butter; Greek yogurt with natural oats mixed in; Greek yogurt mixed with fresh strawberries, blueberries or honey and a side of coffee; or all by itself for a healthy snack. I have eaten Greek yogurt everyday for the past 2 years and it has done nothing but great things for my skin, body, metabolism and hunger pangs:)
