I like to stir frozen blueberries in with plain Greek yogurt in the morning, along with a sprinkle of brown sugar. I take this to work, and by midmorning the blueberries have thawed and it makes a delicious snack!

Our family LOVES to eat Greek yogurt with Pom Seeds & granola flax for special treats or BLD. It's an obsession because of the thick, creamy, rich texture & health benefits plus it replaces our ice cream & cheesecake cravings. Our cat even stalks us so he can lick up some goodness. Greek yogurt is a family affair anytime, all the time here.
