Hello! My favorite way to enjoy Greek yogurt is to freeze it and eat it as a frozen treat in lieu of ice cream. For some reason, though I'm lactose intolerant, I can eat lots and lots of yogurt! That's how I get my calcium and Vit.D the fun and nutritious way :) I put frozen berries and bananas too.

I like Greek Yogurt on pancakes in place of syrup. I make a large home made pancake and top it with a layer of yogurt followed by a smaller layer of lingonberry jam. To top it off is a nice helping of granola! It is to die for. My children prefer it over syrup. Yummy!

What way DON'T I love to eat greek yogurt is a much easier question to answer! I love it in the morning with fresh organic granola, in the afternoon with some fresh berries-- strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries... the possibilities are endless, sometimes I use it with a little cinnamon to dip slices of apple or banana into, sometimes after a tough workout I make mini parfaits with granola, gingersnaps, and fruit, i use it to make pie fillings, and sometimes when I'm feeling extra adventurous I mix it with some strawberry's and gelatin and put it in between two graham crackers, freeze, and voila ice cream sandwich! Like I said... the possibilities are endless!
