I am on a plant based diet with the instruction to not use any added fats, sugars or sodium. Please keep those constraints in mind as you create "vegan" recipes occasionally. Thanks.

I do want to get back in the kitchen but don't want to gain 10 pounds a week doing it. Could you work on some healthier recipes??
