Today, St. Patrick Day, chopped spinach and whole wheat flour pizza base. Sauce: chopped ginger, garlic, onion, fennel seed, anise seed, rosemary seeds, cayenne pepper powder, chopped boiled potato, and three crushed large tomatoes. Milk powder at the last to adjust sourness. Toppings: Onion sliced, jalapeno sliced, carrots and beet julienne, sliced turnip and last cheddar cheese. Soup: Lentil, tomato, cottage cheese (paneer) whey, salt, chopped boiled yam.
