@Robbi You will find a variety of sinus products in our Whole Body department in our stores; however, we recommend consulting with your doctor or other health care professional before embarking upon any new health care program.

Hey Guys I came to this thread late, but just wanted to leave a quick message re. what can help for plugged sinus symptoms brought on by allergy. Have looked into this extensively, have found that specific homeopathic remedies do alleviate tremendously, but one has to see a professional homeopath to really target the right one. Additionally, Rosmarinic Acid is fantastic (found in some preparations for allergy sufferers, so look around to find the one with the strongest dose), as well as the herb called Butterbur. I have yet to try Butterbur, but there is a product by Life Extension which includes BOTH of these, and it is bound to work. Both of these help to reduce histamine and leukotreine production which bring one much of the swelling and reacitivity that lead to too much mucous, itching and etc. The Life Extension product is available online I believe. There is also Butterbur Extract available for other conditions, such as urinary frequency and spasm, and it is a Source Natural product. Butterbur is used for migraines too. It's an all-rounder, may turn out to be of enormous help across the 'reactive' spectrum we are seeing so much these days. cheers, best of luck to everyone -- Kristin
