wondering if you can offer kosher flour. It is hard to come by. there are many who would like to make there own unleavened bread for sedar. Thanks for all your efforts, I really appreciate and enjoy having a store like your to shop in.

How about bringing in some gluten-free matzos. They are made here in the U.S., and some stores in the U.S. import from a GF matzo maker in the U.K. (I was told by my local WFM that "since they are all imported from Israel, and there aren't any GF matzo in Israel..." Well, Israel also imports GF matzo...from the U.S. According to http://www.glutenfreematzo.com/Gluten_Free_Matzo.html, WFM carries their GF Oat matzo, but my local store didn't have any. The email 'newsletter' I got also mentioned GF gefilte fish (yeah!) and GF matzo. No GF matzo to be found. Anyway, please seriously consider stocking one of the several GF matzos available in the US. Yes, there are recipes for homemade GF matzo, but I don't have the time or energy to deal with baking GF. I could make my own gefilte fish, too, but prefer to buy it, just like matzo. Next year, GF matzo in all WFMs! (Well, at least in Santa Rosa/Coddingtown.)

@MARGARETHARDY - Our products vary between store locations so I would encourage you to reach out to your local store directly to see what options they carry!
