Why are you bringing back the Chilean Sea Bass and supplying it again to your stores? I understand it is a fish species under population concern and am interested to hear why you are again carrying this product to your consumers. Also, I was wondering where you receive your supply, geographically as well as if it comes from sustainable fisheries. Thank you

@STEPHEN - We source as much Marine Stewardship Council certified seafood as possible. The exact location that each store sources their sea bass will differ. Check with your local store, they will be happy to let you know where they are sourcing their sea bass from.
