I agree with the above, it would be great if there was a 365 kids vitamins that had the same quality standards as the other great vitamin lines you carry.

Our entire family does a vitamin push twice a day. It is actually quite funny to hear all of the bottles rattle each morning as we sit down for breakfast. I feel a lift in energy from the support I get from this.

A clean multi + a balanced diet seems like the way to go. When I eat poorly and don't keep up with supplements it really reflects negatively in my lasting power throughout the day.

Liquid multis are great + you can find some really good drinks at Asian food markets. Some have ginger root others are loaded with vitamin B's!

Now a multi can have a funny smell, but the result of taking one is brilliant. Increase energy, and a sense that one is giving her body all she needs to run. It has really helped me with my monthly cycles as well.

Snacking through out the day and eating just a bit lighter during your main meals, will really help keep your metabolism steady, which in turn means better assimilation of nutrients.

A liquid multi is the way to go. Your body can assimilate more of the supplement in a liquid form. I also agree that balance of nutrition through out the day is vital.

Our pediatrician is a big time believer of solid vitamin support for the kids. We give her a multi + DHA.

WF caries a gummy bear, supplement line from "Lil Critter". It is a great line that has several options such as multi, wellness etc

I tried mixing liquid multis into my kids juice, to no avail. I'll try some of the chew vitamins mentioned above.
