Many thanks for the hot breakfast cereal promo. There was but one quick mention of Amaranth. Amaranth is comparatively high in protein, no gluten, and tastes wonderful! In future, please encourage people to use coconut milk as they would milk, it's delicious and very healthy, and enjoys brisk sales at my Whole Foods! Soymilk is not easily digestible and has enzyme inhibitors, so I would never recommend (this from a woman who drank soymilk for two decades!). I love Whole Foods bins for stocking up on millet, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth and oats. Thanks!

I just discovered that I can make oatmeal in my 1.5 crockpot. I put it on at night and it's ready in the morning! Yum. No excuse for not having a good breakfast.

The idea: Healthy, organic breakfast sold from an eco-friendly food truck which allows customers to view the menu, place an order, and pay via an app across all smart phones.
