I make breakfast muffins with crumbled bacon, cheese and onion. The variety changes with what I have on hand. But they don't last long - and for a buffet I just make the smaller size (tart)!

Traditional BLT- whole grain bread, lowfat mayo.,tasty tomatoes, romaine lettuce. Bacon without chemicals tastes much better to me and agrees with my sensitive digestive system.

My hubby and the kids LOVE bacon and they put it on everything. I bought a bacon cooker to release some of the fat while cooking. We bought bacon mayo, but it wasn’t the real thing so it wasn’t well liked. My son’s favorite way now is to use the bacon as a spoon to get his egs into his mouth. There are some benefits to bacon…like it containing choline which is good for pregnant ladies. Of course we need to watch portion sizes, but it can be included in many people’s diets!

Some of my family can't eat raw onion, so I add broken up pieces of very well done bacon to my potato salad for flavor. Everyone sees to love it. And BLT's are the balm.

We wrap bacon around dates, secure with a toothpick, and bake in the oven until the bacon is crispy. It is the perfect combination of sweet and savory.

I grew up in Hatfield "Home of the Smilimg Porker". I never knew until I grew up and traveled and went away to school how good the Bacon and Hams are in this area of Pennsylvania. We always had Bacon and Ham dishes fron Texas Tommies- Hotdogs split with cheese in the center wrapped with bacon, to a full Ham meal to potatoe skins with bacon and cheddar cheese. at least twice a week. It was delicious! and I learned to appreciate the great quality Bacon and Ham in this area of PA.

I too will not participate in Face Book. It's not fair to leave good customers out of this contest. A BLT, when the tomatoes are perfect, is an unsurpassed use of bacon, but in the 11 months of the year in Wisconsin when tomatoes are weak and sad, I love the comfort of truly exceptional soft, almost French-scrambled eggs with nothing but perfectly crisp-crumbled bacon, salt, pepper, a low temp, mini frying pan, and lots of stirring. When the creamy bacon-scrambled eggs are just evenly thickened, spread them over a perfect slice of hot whole wheat toast. Serve with orange juice, which is just tart enough to cut the richness of the bacon-egg-toast.

I must admit, I love bacon & eggs. But it's also very good on a cheeseburger, or sprinkled on a salad, or...stop! I want some right now!
