I've always heard that just plain water is the best facial cleanser. Maybe this doesn't work for oily skin? For me, I hold a hot wash cloth on my face to open the pores, then I place a cold water wash cloth on my face to close the pores. This has worked well for years.

I applaud your commitment to natural remedies and lifestyles!

There is allot of great information in this video, I found it going by quickly however. Is there a printable version of the highlights and products one should use for each skin type? It would really help I think to have a list I could print out and take to the store, so I can set up the best system for my face. Does this ring true for anyone else?

@Mama Z Hello, Winnie from Whole Foods here. We don't currently have a brochure that highlights the specific treatments for each skin type - but it's definitely something we can work on. In the meanwhile, if you go to your local store and speak with a Whole Body associate, they should be able to help you pick out the right products for your needs. Also, there's a downloadable PDF of some spa tips on the Whole Body site: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/wholebody/begood/spa.pdf

You've done it again. I actually started using your mineral fusion when I bought the starter kit, good stuff + it seems to have resolved my skin troubles. If I don't use mineral makeup I general don't use anything, just water, and have found that less is more. Products from before seemed to dry my skin out, but the mineral makeup and water do well.

I was wondering if you sold any skin care products for xanthelasma treatments?

I am very curios to know about what percentage of ingredients are organic for any of the skincare lines displayed in this sample video. As we approach aging with a healthy attitude, we also want to look & feel our best. My skin is pretty normal I guess except for occasional T-zone breakouts, slight crows feet & some sun spots. I live in South FL so there is often high humidity and daily sun exposure. Are there any products with anti-aging qualities that are conducive to this climate without feeling heavy or clumped on the skin? Where could I get some coupons to try some new products or what about travel sizes? Thanx A Bunch

I was mistaken in believing all Whole Foods carry the same products. While on a trip to Los Angeles, I found a wonderful line of green tea products and decided I would wait to purchase when I returned home. Alas! My whole foods store doesn't carry anything even near to what I saw/wanted in LA. What is my recourse?? I left my name/phone with a whole foods associate who said the rep would call IF she had something in a line with green tea. Unfortunately, I can't recall the product name but remember a light green label with a leaf on it - not a big help.

Hello, so I have a question...I'm not sure what skin type I am. I was using ProActive for the last few years but I've wanted to go the natural route. My skin was breaking out before I stopped and now it's become incredibly worse. I've went from using lemons to alcohol and lye soap. But nothing seems to work. Now my pores are huge, my skin breaks out if slightly touched, and when I use face wash it seems to dry out. Would I be considered combo, oily, or dry? Also which face wash system do you think might be best for me? I really don't want to use mess to fix it and I don't want to use store bought chemical cleansers cause I believe they're doing more harm than good... Help!
