Nice coverage of the topic of skincare! I forget that the skin is actually an organ and helps with waste elimination. It makes sense that we should n't block the skin's ability to breathe out toxins. I'm a big fan of green tea, but never thought of it as a topical ingrediant, good stuff!

Nice topics but didn't sound natural, no flow. Not sure if it's intentional but kind of takes away from the message. Loved how she explained how important natural skin care is, though. What goes on, goes in.

What goes on, Goes in! Indeed this is a great statement. I spend so much time thinking about, preparing and eating organic, and then just slather petrolium based sunscreens on my skin, and let the sun bake them deep into my skin. Not anymore!

Who can not appreciate a good skincare pod cast? As a college student with oily skin I can never get enough of a good product and good information. I thought this pod cast related well to the current push to set an organic standard. I, like many trying to live an organic lifestyle, also been deceived by products that were billed as natural but chocked full of preservatives and other ingredients. This is why I have been really excited about Whole Foods launching a skin care line. They seem very committed to health approaches and make so many health/holistic tools readily available. The guests were knowledgeable and now I have some tips for shopping for sun care products and a few essential oils to test out. Down here in sunny so. Cal having good sunscreen is like having good insurance lol. I am a subscriber through Itunes and have been very pleased with this pod cast and other shows.

I used a friends baby sunscreen at the beach this weekend, and it not only worked better then any typical cream I historically have used, it left my skin feeling moisturized and fresh. She found it at WF, California Baby, great stuff!

Great podcast! I'm definitely going to have to weed through my skin care products and check to see which are truly "natural" and which aren't. I found this site via http://modmom.blogspot.com

Any thing natural seams to be the best way to now day. We live in the in world filled with chemicals, unhealthy foods, and pills. I love the fact that so many people actually read blog about organic/natural solutions for our every day life. It looks like we are turning back to nature to find the right answer. I am also one of the bloggers who is fighting back and trying to get people to use more natural products for their skin. On my blog: http://homeremedyskincare.com I wrote down some tips and recipes for natural/organic masks so that there resources are available for people who are search for the answer.

Great Podcast!!! I use the Aubrey Organics skin care line from Whole Foods myself..... also I found a nice online store called Village green Market who offers the same products. They have a very wide selection of Natural Skin Care products as well as Natural shampoos and conditioners. People have to wake up and see that organic and natural products are the way to go, and chemicals are soooooo bad for our skin. I wish more stores carried natural products. I love the local whole foods market. I buy my groceries as well as all of my body care products from there.

I've been using BRYCE Organics. They have an awesome facial scrub line that's made from all organic ingredients. I absolutely love it! They have ones from pomegranate to lemon to vanilla bean and I believe all the extracts and oils used come from specific states or countries that specialize in those fruits. I wish everyone could try it and see how I feel. Organic and natural is definitely the way to go these days. I think the website is www.bryceorganics.com. I love Whole Foods and the people that go there. We all have something in common.
