I've been using flax seed oil for years. Great for skin, hair, digestion and brain food. Another essential fatty acid for the skin is derived from ingrediants found in our oceans.

I am very interested in knowing also about algae source of omega 3. Does Whole Foods offer any such product?

@MARIA - Thanks for your question. Since our products vary between store locations, I would suggest reaching out to your local store to see what Omega-3 options they carry. You can find their contact info at http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/list.

@KIM - I would encourage you to reach out to your health care professional for their opinion on any changes that you might make in your diet. If they recommend this product, then you can check with your local store to see if they offer it. You can find their contact info at http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/list.
