Thanks for the information. My son has environmental allergies, food allergies and asthma. Because he is under 2 it's not easy to relieve his simptoms with any drug. I'm having seasonal allergies for the first time in my live and i feel really bad that my son has to suffer all this.

I have had my smell and taste compromised for about 7 years due to majohappy.r sinus problems. It may faintly return once a year for about a week. I am taking ongoing prednisone and allergy meds. I read about Sinus Buster and have used it or a bout a week. My senses are returning. I will keep you posted if it lasts. It is a miracle and I am so happy. I am allergic to all other nasal sprays.

I can't thank you enough. Years on Claratin and Zyrtec and once they go over-the-counter, I don't get relief. I'm now armed with the tools to manage my own allergies and help the rest of my body at the same rather than worrying that I'm damaging my liver with all the antihystamines/pain relievers. Whole Foods podcast is by far the most USEFUL podcast

Thank you for all the tips. We really need to get an air purification system as we live in a high pollen area. modmom recommended your podcasts.

Thanks for this podcast - we haven't yet seen a naturopath but I am interested in doing so. I do have some reservations - from what I understand, the dose that the herbs are supposed to deliver isn't that reliable - they are not held to strict standards like medications. At least the latest research I read noted this. I would also like to see clinical trials showing that these work better than placebo. Anecdotal evidence is encouraging though, and worth a try if I can be sure that safety isn't an issue. Thanks for providing some resources in the search for knowledge. Andie

Interesting. I wish they'd also include info on how food allergic individuals tolerate these types of products, at least generally. Many of us with environmental allergies have food allergies also and have to be careful with supplements.

2 of my children take year round allergy medicine and I worry about the long term effects. I am especially interested in an alternative for Nasonex.

I learned a lot from this podcast. Didn't really know that there are natural ways to treat and actually prevent allergies. Very informative.

On occasion I have taken prednisone for ulcerative colitis flareups, with very good result. However, with the reported side effects, I am interested in learning of a herbal alternative. Thanks in advance for sharing. Andrea

@Andrea Thanks for reaching out. We certainly understand your concern and interest in herbal alternatives. However, we are unable to recommend anything specifically for your ailment. We recommend you consult a licensed health care practitioner that is well versed in different modalities of healing (I.E. a licensed natruopath or similar). Good Luck!
