To me...nothing says summer more than a Caprese Salad. Here's a simple, easy recipe if you like. Whole foods has some great olive oils I like to use. http://shutupandcook.wordpress.com/2011/07/08/fit-for-a-king-summer-caprese-salad/

It would be great if the Whole Foods recipes had nutrition info. Otherwise they're great.

I would really appreciate a Whole Foods brand of gluten free biscotti. Almond would be my pick for the best flavor, followed by chocolate.

I'll be trying that mediterranean crunch salad this weekend! Some of our favorites: Sunset potato salad: http://eatlittleeatbig.blogspot.com/2010/11/recipe-for-sunset-potato-salad.html A quinoa salad I adapted from a Whole Foods recipe: http://eatlittleeatbig.blogspot.com/2010/09/punched-up-whole-grain-quinoa-salad.html And an Asian Chard salad: http://eatlittleeatbig.blogspot.com/2010/09/asian-chard-salad-with-mushrooms-and.html

These look so fresh and delish! I love salads. I overdose on variations of a true Greek salad with local tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, feta - key to the tasty vinaigrette worthy of slopping up with bread is good olive oil, lemon and Greek honey. Toss in whatever my mood, sometimes red peppers or chick peas. Yum!

A nice lemony pasta salad with feta cheese and a hint of mint and tons of veggies is the best summer picnic salad!

Looking for a recipe for a salad off the salad bar at Harry Mkt that I got on vacation in Marrietta GA. It was called Super salad and it had Kale, berrys, nuts and a Berry dressing. Delish!
