The hot humid days of summer are best quenched with ice cold water. Yard and house work create the need for water replenishment.

It is getting pretty hot here - high 90's and will get to 100 before the end of the week. That makes working in my garden pretty tough. And I know I will get thirsty and will need to replace that water I lose, so I am sure I will go for the water! God's own provision!

We do not drink our local water(since they FREQUENTLY have water warning alerts - often WITHOUT telling us). This would go toward our efforts to aleviate this problem.

I'm so thirsty because I haven't been able to find Mountain Valley water since I moved to Austin from Dallas. I'm so glad to know Whole Foods carries it. It is without a doubt the best tasting water on the planet.

My husband and I are very active and try not to let the heat beat us ... we walk our 2 Jindo dogs at least 2 miles in the morning, work our 10'x20' garden plot in our community garden most evenings and weekends and hike at least one weekend morning. With all that, we build up quite a thirst that needs quenching!

I would be most grateful to have a case of this lovely spring water. You are most generous to have this for a give-away. I only drink spring water. :-)

I am 4 months pregnant and missing my adult beverages. I'm on the go with 6-5year old girls. Love to have Mountain Spring as my Summer drink of choice- at the pool, concerts in the party, radom parties during the weekend. Baby due around thanksgiving!

I am thirsty because: Up to 60% of the human body is water, the brain is composed of 70% water, and the lungs are nearly 90% water. Lean muscle tissue contains about 75% water by weight, as is the brain; body fat contains 10% water and bone has 22% water. About 83% of our blood is water, which helps digest our food, transport waste, and control body temperature. Each day humans must replace 2.4 litres of water, some through drinking and the rest taken by the body from the foods eaten.

Absolutely love sparkling water and all the minerals that go along with it. Since I have become pregnant, this is the ONLY water I drink. Also, you can make sparkling peach or raspberry drinks. They are so good. Thank you for the opportunity.

Will be enduring 100 degree heat while my Son plays baseball. Can't think of anything else that would complement a hot summer day! The team consists of 7 year olds who would be thrilled to have such a great, healty treat!

In Florida the humidity is sometimes 100% and water is elemental for replenishing lost fluids. After a run or a long bike ride Mountain Valley's sparkling water with a slice of fresh lemon is delicious. How about while dining outside, make a spritzer with fresh cherry juice lots of ice and relax. Can't beat this!

Top 5 reasons why I am SO thirsty this summer... 1. Living in central Texas with 100+ degree heat; 2. Keeping fit (physically, mentally, and spiritually) as much as I can; 3. Being mommy to 3 very active young children and trying to keep them preoccupied to prevent the "I'm bored" syndrome during summer vacation; 4. Operating a small business with the hubby; And finally... 5. Trying to quench my "thirst" for "quiet, relaxation" time so I don't burn out! :)
