It took me a while to get used to the natural peanut butter and once I did there is no going back! These are some of my favorites: Apples with Peanut Butter, The Elvis Fried pnut, btr,and banana sandwich - is amazing... only had it once, so delicious but won't go there again... I love the melty yumminess of peanut butter on hot - right out of the toaster - toast! Peanut butter cookies are my favorite cookie! Indonesian Chicken with Spicy Peanut sauce is the best. In Girl Scouts, we made these really great energy bites for the girls to take on a hike: peanut butter, crisy rice cereal, raisins, chopped dates, chopped nuts. chilled the mixture, scooped and rolled in wax paper twisting the ends. The kids loved them, and they were easy to carry. Of course there are the home made Peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate... those are really great too! Scoop it right out of the jar... and eat! When I want a sweet treat, a peanut butter, banana, and agave syrup drizzled over the banana's sandwich. That takes care of the sweet tooth really well. Chex has a recipe for Chocolate Peanut butter munchies, well I have a cookie... CHOCOLATE PEANUTBUTTER COOKIE BITES: Make a recipe of Peanut butter cookies and make them small - drop by tsp onto cookie sheet, once baked, dip in a mixture of chocolate, peanut butter and butter, then drop into confectioners sugar and coated well. Place on a rack to solidify. I took these to a baby shower and they disappeared in minutes! So good!

I would have a peanut butter party! I would distribute a jar to each of my wonderfully creative neighbors with an assignment: My husband,Harold, and I would come up with a grilled dish, Annalyle and Chris would create a dessert, Pete and Emily would be in charge of a drink, Pat and Laura would definitely have to come up with a dip, Blair and Joe L would be responsible for creating a marinade, Trina and Russell would do something child-friendly, and John, well, John would just enjoy the fruits of our labor...and get a jar of peanut butter too! We have dinner parties very frequently and this would be something very new and creative for us! I'm even thinking we could film the creation of each new dish and how we came together to fellowship and enjoy them!

I use peanut butter every day. I mix it with chocolate protein powder for an extra protein boost in my PB&J sandwishes. A little cocoa powder and stevia makes a sinfully good banana topping. It's great stirred into vanilla yogurt which makes a good dip for fruit, or can be frozen into a yummy and healthy summertime treat. It's great in smoothies, cookies, oatmeal, pancakes and muffins. I always spread it on my Food for Life English muffins in the morning instead of butter or margarine.

I love combining peanut butter with bananas for a quick smoothie or afternoon snack. For a quick smoothie to go in the morning, I use my Magic Bullet and combine 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, a chopped banana, about a cup and a half of Silk soymilk or a cup of plain Stonyfield yogurt, 1/4 cup of sugar-free chocolate Carnation instant breakfast or protein powder, and a squeeze of agave nectar. A quick blend and I'm out the door! For a quick pick me up snack for the afternoons, I'll spread peanut butter and cream cheese onto a warm brown rice tortilla, stick a banana in the middle, sprinkle some cocoa powder and add a squeeze of agave nectar and roll up it up like a burrito. Or, for a little extra sweetness, I'll add chocolate chips or raisins. Peanut butter/cream cheese dip (just mix the two ingrediants) is a great way to eat apples! Or, as always, peanut butter is good just out of the jar! Non-expensive, nutrient/protein-packed meals that are good for one person or the whole family, but easy on the wallet!

I would donate the case to our program that provides food for local hungry schoolchildren on weekends, when they cannot eat at school. It is called a backpack program, and jars of peanut butter are perfect. Dense in calories and nutrients, need no cooking and can be opened easily even by a hungry 1st grader. We feed 30 chldren a week.If there are any extra jars, they will get mixed with organic cornmeal and berries for the local birds, who are also especially hungry right now.

I LOVE peanut butter! I use it all the time in protein shakes, dips and sauces, and vegetables. I recently decided to go vegetarian, so having staples of protein like peanut butter is a must! What would I do with a case of peanut butter? I'd be well on my way to replacing meat protein with healthier alternatives.

Peanut butter is a great source of protein for my vegetarian husband. He loves to make pb&j sandwiches for a quick lunch. I love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. The other night I spread it on a rice cake and drizzled chocolate syrup on it. Also, I have been known to mix it up with chocolate chips.

I will never run out of ways to use peanut butter! I have been making lots of homemade granola barns with peanut butter and dried strawberries lately - yum! I also love peanut butter in pumpkin soup, or mixed with some Thai chili garlic paste and spread on a hamburger (really, it's good!), or baked in banana bread. But my all-time favorite peanut butter treat will always be 'ants on a log' - a.k.a. celery spread with peanut butter and topped with raisins.

Thank you for your interesting write up on peanut butter. I truly love peanut butter on a daily basis. Whether its on top of pancakes, spread on some sandwich bread, or in a smoothie I enjoy the many ways of treating myself to peanut butter. Sometimes I even eat it straight out of the jar and just throw in some raisins or honey or some agave syrup to give it a kick. However the only peanut butter for me is the organic type since I like my peanut butter just as it is. My favorite place to buy it is at whole foods and I love the 365 brand. Since I am a vegetarian/vegan I use peanut butter as a great protein supplement to my diet. I would be most grateful and appreciative of having a case as a gift however I will never stop eating peanut butter anyway so its all the same to me. Life certainly is better with 365 brand organic peanut butter at least a little everyday keeps the hunger blues away. Thank you.

Hmmm well I put peanut butter in my oatmeal every morning and also in my yogurt for an afternoon snack. I actually just recently started to eat peanut butter again. I like it so much that I stopped buying it because I was over-eating it! I keep my jar in the office now so I don't get tempted at home. I crave peanut butter like people crave chips or cookies. Thanks for the giveaway because clearly having an entire case of peanut butter is a good idea for me. haha

Listen guys, I AM peanut butter. It is something I consume every day, a few times a day. Six years ago I was terrified of the peanut's high fat content and dutifully avoided it. I am now majoring in nutrition and now know peantut butter, in it's complete natural state, is amazingly good for you. Good for your skin, your weight, your happiness! I eat it on a spoon, sometimes covered in honey, sometimes alongside raisins and apples, sometimes in smoothies and sometimes on whole wheat bread. Hooray for blended peanuts!!

I was born in Nicaragua and did not grow up with peanut butter...no peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, no PB cookies, no PB filled celery stalks. And I didn't know what I was missing. In fact, the first time I tried in was in college (maybe 20 at the time) and was not impressed at al...mainly because I thought it was "bad" - all fat and sugar. Then I started cooking for myself and moved to LA and was introduced to Thai food. A lot of Thai dishes have peanuts or peanut sauce and I started warming up to peanuts. Then one day out of nowhere I grabbed my boyfriend's peanut butter jar. It had been staring at me for months. Armed with that jar and the knowledge of the good nutritional fats nuts provided, I made my very first PB and J on toast and holy nuts! I was in heaven. Since then I love PB and even stir it into my oatmeal in the AM. It's an easy side dish for my fruit and a PB/J sammie next to homemade soup is easy dinner. PB even got me through midnight cravings when I was pregnant. Now my baby girl is growing up like a "true" american and had her first PB on toast as soon as she turned one and of course she loves PB too!

I would keep making this fantastic breakfast smoothie that tricks me into thinking I am drinking a chocolate & peanut butter shake! One frozen banana, one giant tablespoon yummy peanut butter, one squirt of honey, a dollop of greek yogurt, a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa, a shake of cinnamon and some organic milk. Drop a stick blender into the cup and viola! A super tasty protein breakfast smoothie.

I'd love to share a case of peanut butter, but in my house, we go through 2 to 3 jars a week! Though the kids (inlcuding my husband) eat a gajillion PB&J sandwiches, my favorite is a peanut butter malt! And since almost nobody makes them anymore, I gotta make them myself... with as much peanut butter as I want! (another secret treat... Peanut Butter is also great on wavy potato chips! Try it some time.. you'll be pleasantly surprised!)

Peanut butter is my favorite food, and I love it on absolutely anything- from peanut butter and banana sandwiches to dark chocolate bars dipped in peanut butter, to peanut butter noodle sauce, and tofu sauteed in peanut butter. It is a wonder food and so simple that I don't go a day without eating peanut butter!

Both my husband and I ADORE peanut butter! He eats it literally 4-5 times a week; his favorite application is butter-and-peanut-butter toasted English muffins. I eat peanut butter nearly every day as well; sometimes I eat a banana with PB & J (no bread), sometimes I do the fabulous PB & banana sandwich (with bread, usually a wrap 'cause it's easy and portable), I also love PB & chocolate, PB & honey, PB in homemade energy bars, PB on celery topped with raisins and/or chocolate chips ("Ants on a Log"), PB eaten straight from the jar (yup, I'm not above this)... I can go on and on, but suffice to say, my sweetie and I would be delighted with a case of PB. :)

When I was growing up my mother gave us peanut butter and grits (instead of butter). I gave it to my children, and now my grandchildren love it. Peanut butter and grits is the ultimate comfort food.
