cherries, grapes, peaches.........stoneyfield nonfat frozen yogurt...........Vics popcorn or 365 lite, organic lemonade, cheese and anything from Whole foods snack isle or bakery. As long as its whole foods, its wholesome and delicious! Great yoga bread with fresh peanut butter - in small slices.........

When we go to the beach we bring plenty of water, fresh fruit and fresh crunchie vegetables and sometimes nuts or a nice trail mix we make ourselves.

Watermelon! Watermelon alllll the way! It's so refreshing and sweet and delicious for a hot, sunny, summer day on the beach. You just have to watch out for the sand sticking to it ;)

Our favorite things to eat for a picnic on the beach are fresh fruits & veggies, animal crackers, pbj's and lots of cold lemon water!!! Light and refreshing!!

Our last trip to the beach was a success :) we packed healthy but yummy snacks, drinks, and sun block! A favorite of the girls: watermelon with jicama, lime and chile piquin! So refreshing! We packed baked flavorful potato chips, pretzels and almonds. Apple and juice and coconut water. We drank also a lot of spring water :)... it was hot!!!!

I'm a big fan of fresh fruits, nuts, cheese and crackers. I keep my lights bite because the last thing you want is bloat at the beach! To keep hydrated I stock lots of H20, Vita coco water and Kombutcha!

The best foods to take to the beach are fresh and crisp. I love taking fresh fruits,like frozen grapes, melon and berries, and chips are a must. For lunch, wraps are always great and staying hydrated is important so lots of water and a cold fizzy drink is always refreshing with lunch. Love living close to the beach and enjoying the tastes of summer!

I love to bring a stack of sandwiches (preferably baloney and cheese or turkey and cheese) - comfort foods :) then I pack them back in the bread bag - so it looks like your just hauling around a loaf of bread, but in reality....It's a whole day's worth of sandwiches and....after coming out of the water, starving and hungry with sand all over you....they truly will taste like a "sand - which" with a little crunch to them! lol.

Our favorite beach food is FRESH, JUICY, SWEET cut fruit, a huge variety...organic and from WF, of course! Nothing beats the heat like fruit on a hot summer's day. Yummy!!!!

I love to go to the state parks as we travel for ministry reasons, it's our way of relaxing by a lake with our two dogs Abby and Ruby. I have just started a new way of eating healthy a year ago and lost 28 pounds so far and I feel great. I am also taking better care of my skin with organics and see a improvement, people think I am 20 when I am 41.
