I frequent the pool and Florida's beaches, DrinkChia and CarribeanSol Sunscreen are my favs. I feel refreshed with my chia drink and it doubles as a mixer (after the beach, of course).

We love the beach and playing in the waves. We take along my homemade Trail Mix made with Whole Foods Nuts, Seeds, Oats and dried fruit. We also pack the freshest,in-season fruit of course; peaches, berries, watermelon. A don't forget about the drinks, nothings better than ice cold bottled water or 365 Black Tea. For our family outings I love to pack sliced French bread, hard salami, and provolone for quick and easy sandwiches. I make sure to bring plenty of fresh organic fruits, berries, veggies, and raw nuts for snacking. 365 organic beef jerky is another easy high protein snack to have on hand. Don't forget a waterproof camera to capture your memories.

I love some sweet, juicy watermelon and cold lemonade. We also make sandwiches and write our initials inside with mustard. And, of course, they usually get a few grains of sand inside...a little extra crunch never hurt anyone!

Some of my favorite foods to take to the beach are: water, fruits (mostly oranges, apples, and bananas), slices of organic bread with peanut butter and blackberry fruit spread (the healthy kind, of course), and a bag--no, make that two bags of all natural popchips. Yup, gotta have the chips.
