I love making bbq wings for a party. Or for something more simple, some cheap delicious wine and a spread of cheeses (love the local goat cheese from WF!)

Your basket is super delicious! Olives and cheese are excellent. But are you missing one crucial item? A nice bottle of Pinot Noit. Now that would make the party perfect.

Finger foods are easy way to nibble while socializing. I like pinwheels that I make by putting cream cheese on flour tortillas, then adding a layer of mild chilies, shredded boiled ham and an asparagus stalk. I roll these up, wrap them, and then chill over night. Just before the party, I slice the roll into half inch pieces, the perfect bite size! Yum!

I love bringing Chipotle Chicken Salad Cups! They are simple, easy and delicious! I just make them with Chipotle Chicken Salad with Organic Chicken, red onion, black beans, cilantro, canned chipotles, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Just put a small amount of the chicken salad in a Tostitos Scoops and voila! It's Party Time, Excellent!

When I'm having a crowd over, I will grab some unique crackers or crunchy pita squares and serve with an array of funky cheeses and fruit. These are paired with their choice of wine, of course!

The go to party snack is of course cheese and crackers, sometimes with quince paste. The ultimate party snack; however, is my (now nearly famous) bacon on a stick - broiled in the oven with brown sugar and served on a bamboo skewer with a ribbon tied on the end of the stick, displayed on a doily in my grandmother's sterling footed dish.
