Extended Health Care in addition to Provincial Health Care (mandatory)

  • Eligibility: Full-time team members after three months of service

  • Reimbursement: 100% hospital & emergency out of country, 80% all other expenses

  • Drugs: Prepaid Rx card, brand and generic drugs covered

  • Out-of-Province Coverage: Included

  • Vision: $250 maximum every two calendar years

  • Paramedical Practitioners: $300 per calendar year, per specialty

Dental

  • Preventative Care: 80% reimbursement

  • Basic Services: 80% reimbursement (includes periodontal and endodontia)

  • Major Restorative: 50% reimbursement (dentures, crowns, bridge work)

  • Orthodontia: No coverage

  • Maximums: $1,500 per calendar year, all services combined

Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment

  • $35,000

Spending Accounts

  • $250 available for expenses not covered under WFM Health and Dental Plans

Short-Term Disability

  • Benefit: 60% of weekly earnings, maximum weekly benefit $1,000

  • Qualifying Period: 0 days for accident, 7 calendar days for sickness

  • All team members age 18 or over are immediately eligible

  • Company Contribution: Discretionary match based on eligible team member contributions
