Programme to lease a bicycle, tax-free, and the ability to purchase the bike at the end of the lease period.

Holidays

24 days (pro rata for part-timers).

Paid Time Off

7 days to use for either personal, sick, or vacation days.

Additional Paid Time Off

Team Members are also eligible to receive an additional day per year after they complete 1 year of service up to a maximum of 5 days per year.

Cash-Out of Paid Time Off

After completing one year of service, a Team Member can cash out up to 50% of their PTO bank one time per year.
