Can you walk me through the application process?

  • Navigate to the Career Center page for the country in which you’re seeking employment—United States, Canada or United Kingdom.
  • Select search criteria that match the position you’re looking for, or you can leave the criteria blank to see all current openings throughout the company.
  • Once you’ve found a position you’re interested in, click the blue “Apply” button.

At that point, if you have previously applied for a job with Whole Foods Market, you can enter your login and password to use your saved information. If you do not remember them, you can use the password reminder below the login box to request your information via e-mail.

What if I don’t have a login or password?

You can build your profile and complete the application by clicking the “Create an account” link under the “Not a registered user yet?” question.

  • Create your basic profile
  • Upload your resume and select “Next”
  • Complete the Whole Foods Market Application
  • Answer job-specific questions

IMPORTANT: Continue this process until you receive a message acknowledging your application's submission to ensure your candidacy will be considered.

How do I update my current profile, cancel my search agent or check the status of jobs I have applied for?

If your personal information changes or you would like to apply for more jobs, you can access your profile by logging in with your login and password from our Career Center pages for the United States, Canada or United Kingdom.

Log in as a returning candidate by following the steps below:

  • Visit our Career Center

  • Select “Sign In” in the upper-right-hand corner of the Career Opportunities page

After logging in, you can choose from three options:

1. Job Search

Allows you to look for new positions at Whole Foods Market

2. Job Management

Allows you to:

  • Update submitted applications
  • Complete saved applications
  • Create job alerts

3. My Profile

Log in as a returning candidate to update your profile and view your past applications.

Can I apply even if there isn't a specific position currently available that is of interest to me?

Unfortunately no; however, we encourage you to check back often, as our job openings are updated on a regular basis. You can also create job alerts in the system that will notify you when positions are posted that meet your criteria under the “Jobs Management” tab.
