Potent Foods®, Inc. Announces Nationwide Voluntary Recall of Potent Life™ Bars

Potent Foods, Inc. is recalling Potent Foods® Potent Life bars because it was discovered that its distributor was supplying organic peanuts from the Peanut Corporation of America (PCA), and may be contaminated with salmonella.

No known illnesses have been reported to date in connection with these products.  The recall was initiated after it was determined that the peanuts used were manufactured by Peanut Corporation of America (PCA).  Potent Foods, Inc. has informed the FDA of its actions and is fully cooperating with the Agency.
