Join our healthy eating specialist on a store-wide tour through all departments where she will help you locate these wonderful products, provide helpful cooking tips and much more. Learn how to locate and identify gluten-free products and how to incorperate them into your new gluten-free lifesytle. As well as enjoy some tasty gluten-free snacks. Tour starts at 5:00 p.m. at the Customer Service Desk.

Join Susan and learn about Whole Foods Market’s Health Starts Here program and our 12- Tips for Holiday Health.  We’ll begin in the Lifestyle Center with a brief cooking demonstration. Nutty Red Pepper and Basil Dip is a perfect holiday entertaining choice; and Chocolate Almond Smoothie is a healthy indulgence. Next, Susan will lead a tour of the store sharing great tips for shopping on a budget while maintaining a healthy diet.

They will each present a side dish or a dessert to be judged by the customers and guest judges. From 1-3 PM guests are invited to taste delicious and healthy creations.
