This class will familiarize students with the essentials of Italian wine, including the effects of geography on wine production and the Italian wine classification system. This is a group for those interested in coming together and talking about healthy eating. Our special guest this month is Diane Stoner, NASM-CPT, and her husband, who will discuss their journey to a plant-based diet and answer questions. Diane is a vegan who completed her first marathon in 1996 and has continued to pursue her passion as a distance runner over the years, including at the Boston Marathon. Her focus is now geared toward Ironman triathlons.
