We're celebrating nine centuries of  amazing cheese making this Saturday!  Our specialty team will crack open two gorgeous wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano on the sales floor the traditional "old school" way.  Get to sample fresh cut slices, buy a piece and bring home a little heaven!  Stop by at 3pm for the Live Cracking!  And, from 11-3 our friends from Shy Brothers Farm (Westport, MA) and Vermont Creamery will be in store sampling their delicious local cheeses!  And, from 3-6pm our friends from Jasper Hill (Burlington, VT) will be stopping by!  A wonderul cheese-filled day at Whole Foods Market in Hingham!  #keepinitwheel
