We’re staying open later for you. For the month of September we’ll be open from 7am to 11pm (Bar Level II will be open until 10pm.) We will resume our regular hours of 7am-10pm in October.
The Whole Kids Foundation was founded by Whole Foods as a way to get kids excited about healthy eating. This non-profit organization supports schools and inspires families to improve children’s nutrition and wellness. Help us raise funds to put salad bars and gardens in our schools! Please donate at any register and keep your eye out for other opportunities to give such as raffles, cooking classes and goodie bags.

Join Jessica Pantermuehl, Holistic Nutrition Counselor and founder of Beautifully Balanced Nutrition, for a fun and educational cooking class that will detail specific strategies on how to successfully transition into a gluten-free diet as well as create gluten-free lunches for the new school year. Jessica will share:
- Healthful alternatives such as nutrient-dense Quinoa, Official Super Food of 2013!
- Cooking tips, recipes and delicious food tasting.
- The first 35 attendees will receive a gift bag with recipes and Alter Eco Fair Trade goodies!

Ricky's Green Adventure is a children's book reading-workshop geared for children and adults. The story takes children and adults on an inspirational journey to share the art of making green smoothies. Learn fun, easy ways to improve nutrition & wellness by increasing a plant-based diet for life. Sample and taste a delicious, nutrient-dense smoothie from a variety of recipes, share stories and spread awareness to help under-resourced communities gain access to nutrient dense food. Books will be available for $8 each. Please bring cash. Each book that is sold will benefit the Whole Kids Foundation!

Sushi lovers unite! Our very own Kikka sushi team will introduce you to the basics of sushi rolling and presentation. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today by emailing us at: email@example.com or by signing up at the customer service booth. All attendees will receive a free reusable bag from Kikka.
We need your help! Come roll up your sleeves and help us build an educational garden with our partners from Enrich LA. This will be a family-friendly, 7-hour project with tasks for everyone ages 2 and up! Kidspace will be hosting a booth for the youngsters.
