·         Tuesday, January 6: Engine 2 Weeks 1 & 2

o   Eliminate dairy, refined sugar and processed foods. In week 2 you will build on the successes of the previous week! Eliminate meat, poultry, eggs and fish.

·         Tuesday, January 20: Engine 2 Week 3

o   Keep up the good work! Now it’s time to eliminate extracted oils too.

·         Tuesday, January 27: Engine 2 Week 4

o   Congratulations! You’ve advanced to firefighter! Focus on enjoying your plant-strong diet!

·         Tuesday, February 3: Engine 2 Graduation Party!

o   Celebrate with your fellow Engine 2 Challenge participants! All who complete the 4 week program will receive a certificate of completion!
