Grill Party: Veggies and Sides

This class will be taught by Chef Jeremy. By far the most popular summer activity, the backyard barbeque is an American tradition that nearly everyone will enjoy. In this class we’ll focus not on the meat, but on the best ways to prepare an often overlooked but critically important part of any barbeque – the vegetables! We will learn all the subtlety and nuisance required to get everything out of the kitchen and onto the grill.
From classic grilled veggies like asparagus and zucchini, to the trickier ones like potatoes and pineapple we’ll show you the best ways to really impress your guests at your next grilling extravaganza as we snack our way through some of the best grilling items available in our Grill Party: Veggies and Sides Edition!
This class is mostly gluten-free (see menu below), is suitable for vegetarian and vegan customers and hands on opportunities as desired. On the menu:
· The secret to Grilled Asparagus
· Grilled Zucchini and Summer Squash with Balsamic Glaze
· Grilled Pineapple with Chili and Lime
· A new technique for Potatoes on the grill
· Portabella Mushrooms with Lemon and Thyme
· Roasted Fennel, Carrots and Onions on the grill
· Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Fontina Cheese (can be made vegan)
· Peach Cobbler with Grilled Peaches (not gluten free, substitutions available)
