This meeting is for anyone interested in healthy eating. Whether you are new to healthy eating or a graduate of one of our 28 day challenges this meeting is for you. This meeting will celebrate the power of greens and we will discuss the health benefits of eating green. Jenn will demo a massaged kale salad, a green smoothie, and an oil-free green saute.
