Since 1995, local nonprofit Just Food has been working to bring farm-fresh deliciousness and nourishment to underserved neighborhoods all over the 5 boroughs. Through Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) groups, community-run farmers’ markets, farm-to-food-pantry programs, and urban gardening initiatives, Just Food has pioneered sustainable food models that benefit New Yorkers from all walks of life. Help us celebrate Just Food’s mission as it continues to provide food advocacy and educational programming! Join us for this ongoing benefit class series (running all through April) and learn fun and useful kitchen techniques while supporting Just Food’s ongoing efforts to build a more sustainable, equal food system for NYC.

On the Menu: Kimchi Hot Pot; Carrot Cake Muffins (with Fermented Carrots); Avocado & Spicy Kraut Dip with Sourdough Toasts.
