Randy’s career began in the Midwest where he earned his degrees and worked as a Certified Surgical Nurse, a Registered Nurse (RN), a Physician’s Assistant and an EMT. While researching less invasive forms of treatment, he discovered natural herbal medicine. After holding a technical position with an Oregon Tilth Certified Organic herb farm and herbal supplement manufacturer, Randy began growing his own herbs. He co-founded Oregon’s Wild Harvest, with Oregon Tilth Certified Organic farm and production facilities, in 1994.
Randy’s desire to help more people understand their health issues along with his passion for herbal medicine have led him to share his knowledge on the subject, including lecturing at Bastyr University and the National College of Naturopathic Medicine.
