Join Suzanne from our Wine Department as she explores the versatility and traditions of the ancient beverage, saké.  We will sample several cold, premium saké and sample some of Suzanne's favorite food pairings.  The ingredients, brewing methods, and wide-ranging styles of saké will be discussed, as well as serving and tasting notes.  Joining us for this class is Melissa Monosoff, MS, Wine & Education Director for Pioneer Wine Company.  Ms. Monosoff has been recognized by Wine & Spirits as one of America’s “Best Young Sommeliers” and was the 17th woman in the world to earn her Master Sommelier Diploma.
