We welcome our new guest chef Megan Lawson. She will be sharing recipes will help detoxify the toxins accumulated over the years, as well as get rid of free radicals in our body.

We have made some changes to the RSVP process. You will no longer need to RSVP your seat for any of our classes. Seats will be on a first come first served basis and limited to 30 per scheduled class.
