Our Cheese team is not only knowledgeable about cheese, that all share passion for knowing the interesting tidbits of information about the history, dairy farm, cheese producer, and climate that set one cheese apart from another. When you take a cheese class from our cheese team you will not only taste and learn about cheese, you will come away with a deep understanding of how the cheese made it from the farm to your plate. Classes take place on a weekly basis. The 30 minute classes are aimed at thres age groups. Children all attend the half hour class with at least one adult and the class takes place at the same time every week.
Rock and Roll for 3 months to 1 year olds
Heigh Ho for 1 year olds to two year olds and
Jiggety Jig for 2 to 3.5 year olds
Children all attend the half hour class with at least one adult and the class takes place at the same time every week.

Have you always wanted to learn about the different types of sake, how you serve it, and what foods you pair it with? Then join us in the sushi restaurant on the first floor for sake tasting. Four types of sake will be served and paired with different Japanese foods . Guests will receive a complementary bottle of sparkling sake to take home. The menu for the eveing will be:
Mio sparkling Sake – Calamari salad, veg spring roll, prawn salong, green salad
Junmai – Salmon & Tuna sashimi, selection of Nigiri
Daiginjyo - Selection of Genji Signature special roll
Plum wine - green tea ice cream
