In this 4-class, plant-based, educational series, Stephanie Mannon Grabow, Food for Life Educator from the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine, covers low-fat, high-fiber foods, dairy & meat alternatives, weight control and cancer-fighting compounds, all while learning practical cooking skills & tasting delicious, healthful dishes in a supportive group setting.
