The Engine 2 Diet Challenge begins! Meet others embarking on this adventure, enjoy delicious E2 food, and learn what your first week on the Challenge has in store. We’ll talk how you can tackle the next 28 days head on and start our first lesson – replacing dairy. The evening includes a cooking lesson and plenty of samples! Weekly E2 Meet-Ups take place Mondays at 6:30 p.m. Fitness classes from our community partner, the Abington YMCA, will be available throughout the Challenge.
