Kailua resident Jennifer Metz will talk about her year-long experiment of living waste-free – her challenges and successes, lessons learned, and changes that she held onto after the challenge ended. She’ll bring examples of tips and tricks she uses to reduce her impact (for example, did you know you can bring your own container for use at the Whole Foods Market salad and hot bars?), and will answer attendees’ questions about how to reduce waste. Free; rsvp requested – email sp.kao.marketing@wholefoods.com to reserve a spot.
