Come experience the same coffee brewed four different ways side by side and taste the difference yourself. Learn an overview of French Press, Hario v60, and Chemex and how it compares to an automatic coffee maker. Tony, our Allegro team trainer, will take the mystery out of pour over and full immersion brewing while answering questions to help you brew a better cup at home.

Take this class with cookbook author Anupy Singla, and you’ll learn to make your own garam and chana masalas. Learn how to put these blends to good use as well by making a chickpea curry paired with a traditional Indian side salad and spiced raita.
