Core Power’s Introduction to Power Yoga is a perfect class for beginners.  Individual postures are broken down and demonstrated with a deliberately paced flow, emphasizing alignment and breath.  This is an interactive class where students are encouraged to ask questions and explore new postures as they are ready.  It’s a great place to begin your Core Power Yoga journey.

Each Thursday during the month of May, Gerrie Adams, Healthy Eating Specialist, will showcase reipes, tips and tricks to helping people achieve their goal of becoming healthier. All dishes featured will be made with nutrient-dense, plant-strong, low-sodium, oil-free and whole grain ingredients. Come learn how to make delicious dishes following the Health Starts Here program. Recipes and smaples are provided with this class. The featured recipe for each week will be:
