We will be hosting our first Cheese class on Wednesday, October 3rd. The theme for the class is: "Herve Mons: Taste the Difference". Herve Mons is a world famous Affineur (someone who professionally ages cheese) who cultivated a serious relationship with Whole Foods Market. His cheeses rank among the finest in the world, I promise that you really will "Taste the Difference."
The class will begin at 7:00. Four cheeses and two wine products will be served. Also, the cost is $10.

Our next wine class is going to be on October 17th. There will be a 6:00 class and a 7:00 class with a limit of 25 persons per class. The theme this time is: WINES FROM ITALY. And we will have an Italian Wine Expert from Vanguard wines assisting with things.
